PC World published another article on the legal case of Oracle vs. SAP/TomorrowNow.

Most of the article seems to be legal posturing.  What I found interesting is the in the second to last line:

The case’s trial date is currently set for February 2010.

Are you kidding?

Granted, I’m sure that these two will still be at each other’s throats, but whose really going to care?
